Leadership can be confusing. Almost three decades ago Larry Briggs set out to come up with a simplified approach to leadership that entrepreneurial leaders could quickly learn and apply. He began in the laboratory of his role in Timberline Software to translate his success as a leader into a simple, effective, and doable leadership model. V2A Leadership is the result of that innovation.
Since that time the V2A Leadership model has been proven and adopted by hundreds of executives and their direct reports. This proprietary model is easy to understand and creates what we call “ten hooks upon which you can hang every leadership concept and practice, whether ancient or most recently introduced”.
This approach to putting leadership into a systematic and easy to understand model helps entrepreneurs learn and apply the fundamentals of good leadership.
