“I refer to the material often. It allows me to remember key phrases and words to use when meeting with my staff on issues. I find that I am a better leader because I am so much more aware and prepared to handle difficult situations.”
Anne Hoffman, Operational Director, Doctors Express
“I appreciate how the classes build on each other. They reinforce previous lessons and develop those skills. For me, learning to take the time and actively plan difficult conversations has been the greatest benefit.”
Michelle McGillivray, Program Manager, Milwaukee Electronics
“This course has taught me how to be more patient with team mates. Learning to communicate and listen to what the team has to say helps to establish a more effective and creative team.”
