In 2003 we launched our very first V2A Exec Forum. a leadership program for entrepreneurs of small and growing companies. It was an immediate success because CEOs learned how to make their leadership simple, effective, and doable. They also learned by working in cohort groups of their peers, how to use breakthroughs to focus attention on what is most important in their business and their personal lives to figure out how to make good things happen using the skills of successful leaders.
Then, years later, in partnership with John Bernard, working with the Mass Ingenuity company we crafted a program for executives called Executive Results. This program combined the power of leadership with the science of modern management to empower leaders to reliably make things happen in their organizations that otherwise would never occur.
Then in 2014 we launched our first In House leadership program for large and multinational companies combining the leadership insights and material from our previous programs to be applied to executive teams of larger corporations. The result we simply call V2A Exec, a unique twelve month leadership development program that strengthens executive team performance with a combination of teaching, action learning, and executive coaching.
