Registered participants in workshops who have paid may cancel with a full refund any time up to and including one week prior to the workshop. Those canceling within one week of the scheduled workshop can do so and receive a credit for the same workshop or one of the same price.
Coaching Appointments
Coaching appointments can be cancelled and rescheduled any time up to and including one working day prior to the appointment without penalty. Cancellations after that time will be charged at 50% of the coaching appointment fee schedule.
