History
In January of 1989 Larry Briggs founded Briggs Consulting as a consulting practice dedicated to supporting executives in growing their businesses and helping them to have more fun in the process. In preparation for founding Briggs Consulting, Larry formulated a leadership success methodology called Vision-to-Action.
The focus for his consulting practice has been to help entrepreneurs who launch their own companies successfully take their organizations through a period of growth and development he calls “entrepreneurial adolescence,” into corporate adulthood using proprietary leadership and management principles.
In the process of applying the V2A™ methodology Larry learned that the company owner/managers he coached in using the V2A technology became skilled leaders themselves, now able to build thriving business around a shared vision that inspires everyone involved to have a Game Worth Playing™.

An Ongoing Work in Process
From the very beginning, Larry determined to make his consulting practice a laboratory where the principles of great leadership can be verified, refined, and handed down to others using the Vision-to-Action methodology. In this process he has built a legacy of proven success, as well as ardent followers of the V2A Leadership Technology™, and a consulting practice that thrives in serving others.
Through the practice of coaching, mentoring, and training, Larry Briggs has proven the effectiveness of the V2A™ model and the value of the leadership distinctions he has developed. Today company presidents and owners who began with Vision-to-Action years ago are actively passing on the same concepts and practices to the emerging leaders in their organizations.

For the last year and a half Larry Briggs has collaborated with John Bernard of Mass Ingenuity to blend highly engaged leadership practices with modern management disciplines. Briggs and Bernard continue to collaborate and work together to address the increased competition and challenges of this current economic climate.
Larry continues to innovate and deliver programs and services to help the leaders of small and large companies become more effective by accessing their true core values and know how to tap the reserves of passion and talent within their organizations to reach higher levels of performance then ever before. His passion is to help leaders in organizations become more competitive and enable everyone in their organizations make their highest and best contribution.
